Sizing and Repairs
It is the Diamonds on Diana promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please immediately email email@example.com.
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Diamonds on Diana offers a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 90 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 90 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $60. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside Diamonds on Diana will void this warranty.
